Ampofoo

A term used to celebrate profound joy, usually when replying to a statement or ending a sentence. Originated in Accra and has slowly been used amongst the youth of Ghana. This word is also used as a commemoration to a former Lincoln Community School student, Nana Ampofo, who was a very famous guy within the streets of Accra.

Kofi: "Chale wetin dey happen?"
