A phrase that can be used upon ones exit from a group of people or shouted out a car window at people waiting for a bus. The phrase can be used to upset or insult others or as a friendly phrase. The phrase was invented by a scientist in Fort Collins ,Colorado as a funny way to leave a party. This scientist also wanted to be credited as the inventor of this phrase and has attempted so by creating shirts, a website, and the first known tweet using the Suck A Ball Y'All phrase in it.

All Balls No Chain, or abnc, is a very difficult sexual manuever that requires focus, a high threshold for nut pain, nutsack-eye coordination, and most importantly - extremely saggy nuts.
