it means im doin whatever its is im not doin, also kind of like none of ure buisness... when someone asks you WHAT IT DO? u reply WHAT IT DONT DO.... just means im doin every thing that im not doing. its saposed to be kind of a smart remark.its sorta used when u dont want someone to know what it is that u are exactly doin.....
