Water Sheep is a possible Nazi war criminal who is responsible for the deaths of millions. The few people who temporarily survived seeing him described him as “satan-like, cold-hearted, and like a father to them”. Historians believe that he was the one controlling the actions of Adolf Hitler, therefore starting WWII.
