Adjective. A word used to describe a person with mood swings so violent, the usual form 'bipolar' is no longer adequate. Typically used to describe the effects of PMS. Also: A crazy ass bitch.

“Tripolar” is Triple bipolar with three mixed emotions of happy, sad or angry. Meaning a person can go from being very happy to sad or angry within a short time period on a daily basis.

He/She are happy one minute and angry the next, they’re very tripolar.
