A person who "ticks" a lot. "Tick" meaning small mental errors like forgetting to do something or accidentally doing something that makes and inconvenience. It is as if the person is just a box of ticks waiting to happen.

"Dude, I locked my keys in my car AGAIN!" "OMG you are such a tickbox."

"Man I'm such a tickbox. I dropped a plate and it broke then I stepped on the shards and started bleeding everywhere. FML"
