Much like big foot, this is a mythical creature that is not real. Dominicans are mostly lazy people who are only looking for free handouts and never believe in following the rules and laws of our country. Thus the high concentration of drug dealers that are Dominican. These people liter, and live with roosters in their living rooms. Good luck finding one who has a job let alone pays their taxes.

The schools in that neighborhood are funded by the Dominican Taxpayer, that’s why they are a joke.

A person who pays more in taxes than the benefits they receive from the government.

Guy1: You know Bob keeps complaining about paying taxes. He should be honored he's serving the community.

Guy2: well technically he's a Net Taxpayer. Not some welfare leech. So he is an actual, contributing member of that community. Not someone who receives tons of services and barely pays back.
