Having to get a CT scan is giving me massive scanxiety

Shanxiety

when you need to shit so bad but you'r really scared to because people are in the bathroom. People will then see you go into the bathroom and come out with a horrific ABSOLUTELY FUCKING FOUL stench following you, for the first 4 meters out of the stall you just SHAT in.

"i physically and emotionally cant go and lay a shit in the toilet bowl. i have Shanxiety.'

Emotional distress suffered either from:
(1) Wondering if your musical vocalizations are/were/will be satisfactory to your audience, or
(2) Having to agonizingly listen to horrifically-awful vocalizations dispensed by someone who did NOT experience much if any of da caring/concerned feelings described in Example #1!

In da humorous "face da music" article in an old issue of "Readers Digest", said article's author opines dat a juvenile-court judge's forcing a habitually-delinquent teen to suffer da sangxiety of hearing his mom sing "America the Beautiful" on da court karaoke would be a much-more-effectively-unpleasant punishment --- and a far greater deterrant of future crime --- than da standard penalties of jail time, community service, etc.

sprangxiety

Feelings of apprehension dat a person or animal is gonna leap out at you.

Our new kitten loves to lie in wait and then pounce on any unsuspecting family-member who walks by; we've clipped his claws and so he never actually harms us, but it still gives everyone mild sprangxiety due to our never knowing what hiding-place he's gonna unexpectedly rocket out from next.

Spangaxiety

When you are in your mid 40’s, riddled with general anxiety disorder, ADHD. Complex PTSD and throw in some psychoactive substances as a coping mechanism for the of old bones, aches and pains of life… basically making you a melted welly…

Spangled + happy + overwhelmed / negative anxiety = spangaxiety

Basically feeling blissful yet waiting for the rug to be pulled from under your feet

I just have spangaxiety there’s no other way to describe it
