If you are a Poser Skater, you probably do all of the following:

- You always wear and have items from popular skating brands such as Thrasher, Santa Cruz, Dickies, Vans, Nike SBs, and Supreme.

- Try to use skating to get girls or guys.

- Try to look and be cool.

- Always wear clothing items like beanies, hoodies, T-shirts, and baggy jeans.

If you do all of the following you can proceed with either of these options:

A. Get a Life.

or

B. Go fuck yourself.

Did you see _____ today? He is so hot! Maybe he'll teach me how to skate...

Nah. Don't go after him, he's a Poser Skater.

A self acclaimed skater who:
1. Can't kickflip or heelflip
2. Never won a game of SKATE
3. Gets blank'd often
4. Can't ollie a one stair set.
5. Never skates by themselves

6. Has a board just for the hell of it

Skater: "Dude, leave me alone, I don't want to skate with you."

Poser: "Come on bro! I hate skating by myself and I need help with my kickflips!"

Poser (non-skater)

Someone who wears skateboarding brands e.g. Palace, Supreme, Huf, Diamond etc. and only buys the clothes because they are expensive. They have so idea about the skateboarding brands they are wearing, or skateboarding in general. The only reason they wear these clothes is to show off how much money they have. Basically an all round massive cunt.

Actual skater: Hey (poser), what do you think of (skater for Palace Skateboards) new part in the new Palace video?
Poser (non-skater): Urmmm what? what the fuck are you on about?
Skater: Well, I see you're wearing a Palace t-shirt and a Palace sweatshirt, so you clearly MUST skateboard?
Poser (non-skater):No......?

One who pretends to be a skateboarder. Most of these people are preps. These people can be recognized by their preppy status, and by their clothes. The brands most popular among posers are DC shoes, Element/Bam, and sometimes Circa.

Dude, Mary is such a poser. Yesterday, she was her normal preppy self, and now she is wearing DC.

any person that feeds off of skateboarding culture for social status or sees a relation between how cool someone looks and, how good they skate. these people mostly shop at Journey's Pacsun and Tilly's posers usually wear merchandise from Etnies, DC, Nike 6.0, Element and some vans. the typical poser, when confronted with the oppurtunity to ride a skateboard, switches out their dirtiest shoes so the others dont get dirty. If you suck at skating or havent skated in a while, your not a poser as long as you enjoy the activity and its culture unlike posers who disrespect skateboarding and see as a style and not a way of life

Skate Poser walks into a skate shop, Poser: do you guys sell DC shoes. Skater: no way we have fallens Poser: never mind those are ugly.

Any one who thinks some skaters are gay because of the brand of clothing they r wearing. They usually suck and give other skaters shit to cover up the fact that they suck. they also usually brag about what they can do and then cant do it when you ask to see it. Some Skate Posers wear skate stuff but dont skate.

Skate Poser: Dude i Tre flipped 12 Stairs the other day
Skater: Really lets See it
Skate Poser: nah Im too tired

Skater: Nice Lakais do you skate in them

Skate poser

Fags that hang around skate parks and four stairs that stand around in their unscathed etnies that they picked up at their local zumies. Also, they wear their "ganster" baggy dc shirts that have a huge tear in the side of them. And when it comes to tricks, dont even try to get them to do one that wasnt created by mike vallaley cuz they dont know any other ones. I mean theyll sit there and flip their boards this way and that to try to get you to believe that they can do something but they really cant.

Finally the best way to spot a poser is the way over excessive use of cuss words. Ussualy they use two strong ones next to each other and sounds totally rediculous. This could be combos such as fck ass or sht fck.

The best way to take care of a poser is to call him out. He will imedietly shut up and leave you alone.

Poser- SHIT!! I cant land this boardslide cuz the rail is gay! Fuck this pussy ass shity tit skateboard!
