Simmer

The combination of a simp and a boomer, usually used to describe a teacher who gives bad grades depending on someones artistic skills and not they're research skills.
Random Guy: "Hey our English teacher is such a simmer"
Random Guy's Friend: "I know right they're so annoying, I will never get a good grade in the class."
