Scrotum stretching plays a major role in this as well but not all ScroSexual can stretch their balls because some are female

Scrosexuality

An aphallic - which means ‘non penis’ centric sexual orientation solely focused on the scrotum which is the erotic focus. It is not a fetish it is a sexual orientation that basically The male can only be attracted to the female counterpart if she is more attracted to his scrotum more so than the rest of his body.

Many people love dick but balls are so much sexier when they hang low which is why I decided to date my boyfriend who identifies under the scrosexuality orientation
