The act to pin down a foe's arms (to the ground/surface with assistance of at least 2 friends) to immobolize them.
To then proceed to curving your arms into right angles (as if flexing both biceps) and repeatedly pounding and immobolized victim with the pivoting of the body resulting in a sledge-hammer style attack with each arm, relentlessely. This is repeated until the victim is unconcious.

Originally used by serbian hooligans of the Partisan football club firm (krva jebemlica) roughly translated, "the bloody fuckers".
