When A Professer of a college level class shows up fifteen+ minutes late. The students have the right to grab their books and walk out.

Professer must either A) Not Arrive or B) Arrive very late

We were siting in class until the professer walked in 20 minutes late. Then all of a sudden the students picked up their stuff and walked out justas he started speaking... it was at that point he knew the rule of schmool went into effect

(1) Adjective. Someone who exhibits illegitimate behavior.

(2) Someone who makes questionable calls or screws people over.
