a non verbal behavior exhibited on days when the struggle is real and ones brain is having extensive difficulty addressing or solving a given situation. The strug-shrug is a differentiated from a normal shrug by a lackadaisical shoulder movement up then down, often accompanied by a blank or confused stare.

A public struggle. When one cannot handle themselves in a public setting and should be placed in a more private area. An embarrassment which more often than not involves alcohol consumption.
