Similar to D.I.D. (Dissociative Identity Disorder), often confused, but different.
Usually lacks something, for example amnesia or clear personality differentiation.

Person 1: I thought our system had Dissociative Identity Disorder, but we realized we didn't have amnesia.

Person 2: You probably have O.S.D.D. 1b.

Person 1: Oh, yeah!
