.when someone calls you on the phone and you answer but wish you had not. Therefor then trying your hardest to let the person who is on the phone know that you dont like them and you want them to go away and never call again, but doing so with minimal aggression but in turn making it obvious you dont like them...at all.

My aunty Pauline called me yesterday and I just gave the Roe. Absolutely roe'd her off!!
