I know several quebes. Great people. If the others are like them, we should work harder to keep Canada together. Otherwise, we will all eventually become Americans. They also have large dams that generate lots of money.

Get the quebmug. Where I grew up (York, UK), 'queb' was used as a pejorative term.
As far as I am aware, it originated as a contraction of 'queer' and 'boy', and was also often extended to 'quebber' or 'quebster'.
