Term which is used usually in warez scene. When group or individual makes a release he puts it on FTP site in PRE directory and sends command

The most important thing done at university. Stands for pre-drinking. Important part of the night getting drunk on cheap alcohol so nights out are cheaper. Games such as ring of fire and beer pong may constitute preing. Must be done with mates, because drinking on your own is weird.
