A (fictitious) sexually transmitted disease contracted through the act of sodomizing oneself with a bagel. The name originates from a combination of the words "gonorrhea" and "Panera", where delicious bagels are sold.

Note: The disease cannot be contracted by properly engaging in sexual intercourse with a bagel.
