A YouTuber who creates surreal, intentionally poorly animated videos. They almost always involve Santiago, a 666 year old man with a killing addiction.

Pamtri is often accused of being a ripoff of Cyber 8 (another YouTuber who makes surreal animations) , despite having some notable differences.

Person 1: Pamtri’s videos are so weird. I love them.

Person 2: But, but, but, isn’t he just a Cyber 8 ripoff for normies???

papiroses

Traditional Russian cigarettes. Wrapped in see through rice paper, an inch of strong tobacco is mated with a hollow cardboard tube. The cardboard looks like a giant filter, but it's just hollow. Much better configuration than traditional western unfiltered cigarettes. Also an efficient use of tobacco.
