1) If you hear someone say "hey oh" you have to say it back.
A greeting.

2) When someone says "hey oh" in a large group of people, everyone has to reply by saying it back.
Usually used jokingly after something raunchy is mentioned.

Example 1:
Person 1: (name)!
Person 2: hey oh!
Person 1: hey oh!
Person 2: whassssssuppppp?!

Example 2:
Person 1: She talks shit behind everyone's back.
Person 3: ... and then she tries to act all nice and shit.
Person 2: I heard she can fit a whole soap on a rope up her cooter.
Person 1: haha, hey oh.
Person 2: hey oh.
Person 3: hey oh.

A person who steals jokes and material from people on Twitter and tweets them as if they were their own, with no attribution, re-tweet, or credit given.

Can also be used as a verb, as in to "ohheytay" someone's joke or material; see also, "ohheytayed".

Wow, that guy stole my joke without giving me credit or re-tweeting me! What a total ohheytay!

You totally got ohheytayed by that girl!
