Slang used by nerds. Similar to that of ebonics just directed a nerds. A combination of nerd and phonics.

Normal Guy: What's up man?
Nerd: I am just pwning some noobs pulling off l33t headshots!
Normal Guy: Err.. Yeah.. Sorry I don't speak nephonics.

A friend, as in "nephew;" usually one that is acting silly, stupid, or dumb. Sometimes used in a condescending manner. Often paired with "silly," "dumb," or "fool" for emphasis.

"Watch your mouth fool nephron! No scufcies!"

nepson

Deep in the heart of the south located in southern Alamance county there is a small town called snow camp. If you travel there you will heard the word "nepson" used frequently. This word is used to describe the inbreeding of brother and sister. The resulting offspring, if it lives, is called a nepson.

The family tree only has one branch when your a nepson.

When a kid is someone’s son, but also nephew.

His mom married Chris and Jack’s father. Then she married her husband’s brother, making Chris and Jack his sons, and also his nephews... his nephsons.
