Known for its picturesque sunsets, fishing, and laid back feeling, Menemsha is likely the best spot on the island. Several movie shots have been fimed in Menemsha, including Sabrina and most famously acclaimed, Jaws. The Menemsha jetty is well known for many prize winning fish entered into the MV Striped Bass Derby. Mostly, false albacore and bonito have been entered from this spot, however large striped bass are not out of the question.

Get the Menema mug.Menemenemen is the abbreviated form of Menemenemenemenemenemenen.
Popular Turkish dish, served for breakfast with bread.
Ingredients:
2 medium/large red tomatoes.
2 eggs, beaten
Small amount of Green capsicum/chilli diced
Optional: 1 teaspoon Harrissa paste if you have some
Recipe:
Remove tomato skins (steep in boiled water 1 min)
Cut tomatoes into chunks, cook in a pot on medium heat. Mush it up
Chuck in the rest of the ingredients (not the egg). Simmer for 10 mins or so until smoother consistency.
Beat the eggs, then pour on top of the tomato. Don't stir it! Cover and simmer for 3 mins.
Give a quick stir (don't over stir) to mix the ingredients, then serve.
Menemen is also the name of a place in Turkey.
