An item of food you receive when either a) you as for extra extra extra extra pickles on your McDonalds burger or b) ask for no pickles but the guy in grill works at McDonald’s for a reason and is either feeling hilarious and can’t read and proceeds to make a burger that gets 90 percent of its mass from pickles.

Larry went through the drive thru and got a McPickle, if you were there he sort of asked for it.
