Memz really just means someone who is dumb at maths.
They are the equivalent of someone who is dyslexic and they are usually into weird ass games like mobile legend.

Person: "Oi, what did u get on ur maths exam?"

Other Person: "40%"

Person: "HAHA, Memz ... lol!"

memz.exe 

a virus that has been around for a while now (depending on the date). This a terrible non recoverable virus. It flashes light copies and inverts screens into each other. This Trojan completely destroys computers. I advise you to only use this on school computer and computers you want to destroy.

I ran the memz.exe virus at school today and was later expelled, but I won't ever regret it.

Memzy 

Memzy is term used to describe a fat smelly boy who likes to kiss and stick his tongue in the bumholes of big stinky men. Memzy is the type of person who would go 7 weeks without showering or brushing his teeth because he spends more time eating smegma than brushing his teeth.

Memzy believes that all there is to life is big naked man bumhole in which he can tongue out to compensate for the fact he’s ugly and fat looking.
