Literally Laugh out Loud
As opposed to it's lesser brother the "lol," which is just a frivolous expression used to indicate a nod to humor, "LLOL" is what one says when they actually laugh out loud at something, indicating to their conversational partner that what they said actually made them "laugh out loud."

Britney: "Yeah, but the other day, I saw Jeff spill his drink on Casey's brand new dress! THAT made me LLOL."

Legit Laugh out Loud
normally people just say lol when theres nothing else to say, they're trying to be polite. they're not actually laughing out loud. so when you actually laugh out loud while texting someone or talking online to them, and you laugh out loud, you can use the llol.

library lough out loud
Browsing the web or chating with someone in the library and bursting into uncontrollable laughter. Not a covered smile, a loud laughter.

Literally Laugh Out Load. It's used when you are texting or on facebook/myspace and you want to show someone that you actually did laugh out loud. To make it simple, llol is a stronger version of lol.
Ryan: Wanna hear a joke?
Andrew: Sure.
Ryan: Two cannibals were eating a clown. What did one cannibal say to the other?
Andrew: What?
Ryan: Does this taste funny to you?
Andrew: llol
