a word which DesoliDs created and put on urban dictionary and some illiterate people said that oxford dictionary has put this word on the net maybe not knowing that urban dictionary and oxford dictionaries are different.
I first heard that word in the university

Most likely seen on YOUTUBE, Steve is known for dressing in weird outfits and dancing to hit songs. He is also known to incorporate ChatRoulette as such in his infamous Katy Perry - Peacock video. (YOUTUBE took down this video because of lame ass rules, but let some other unknown Youtuber put up the same video and has yet to be blocked. Which is great to still introduce new fans to his work.)
