Name often used in farming communities. Corresponds to either a lazy person or a donkey (lazy donkey).

May even correspond to an impotent person, though only applies to a person with darker hair (reference to the donkey).

Why is he just sitting by idle all the time, such a Joep.

That donkey is barely eating anything, such a Joep.

The donkey is so lazy, he can't even be bothered to move, bit of a useless Joep.
