Jet Blue exit

A "Jet Blue exit" epitomizes the "I quit!" we have all dreamed about, the style in which we'd all like to leave our jobs. Tell off the boss, thumb your nose at your co-workers, set that stack of customer service complaints on fire, grab a beer and hit the tarmac running.
My manager was riding me so hard this afternoon I came this >< close to pulling a Jet Blue exit and telling her where to shove her expense reports.

JetBlues

The feeling you get when you hate your job, or the customers you deal with. Reference to Steven Slater, the Flight Attendent who, after a scene with a passenger, shouted expletives over the P.A. system, then grabbed a beer and slid down the emergency chute.

Jet Blue

Losing one's temper at work and lashing out at customers and/or coworkers in an unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude manner.
"Don't be pulling a Jet Blue on me!" said Mike's coworkers to him when he stormed out of the call center after a frustrating call from a customer.

going jet blue

When the frustrations of a stressful job get to be too much, you scream obscenities over the PA system, grab a beer from the lunch room refrigerator, deploy the proverbial escape chute, and scurry off to a better life.
Man, if that jackass mentions his precious 'action plan' one more time, I'm going jet blue on his ass!
