A short, highly annoying pre-pubescent teen, with a high-pitched and/or squeaky voice. Jockeys are also commonly known to you stupid inoffensive insults like 'fag' or 'emo'. Usually refers a male between the age of 11 and 16 years. Is derived from a horse riding jockey who are commonly short and light weight to for-fill their roles.
