A thick ass and legs. A reference to "bottom end power". Usually used in reference to a girl who is not fat, but has a bigger ass and thighs. Can be good or bad, depending on the user's preference for a thicker ass and thighs.

Liquid Horsepower

It's raining and storming and a shitbox without traction control, just turned a straight six into a v12 with enough power to smoke up the roads and roundabouts doing some sick fucking burnouts skids and drifts.

A plater out late at night plants there pedal to the floor and use the liquid horsepower to send it around the streets.
