Horsepower is directly related to torque. With a low torque output, you will have a low horsepower output. Torque will start higher in the low RPM's but will always cross with horsepower at 5252.

Horsepower = (Torque x RPM) / 5252

Horsepower

Horsepower is the speed at strength at which you travel, can be used in car terms but if someone has a lot of horsepower then GOD DAMN get the fuck out of their way because they will trample you like a cowboy in the middle of a stampede

We went to Dove Springs and saw many riders attempting to climb Horsepower Hill.

Just about every motorcycle riding area has its own 'horsepower hill'.

Mental Horsepower 

When you personally have made a repair to a machine and feel that it works better just because you worked on it. Even if the part of the machine you worked on would not make it work any better.

Jim: "I replaced the heater core in my car, now it seems faster..."
