GuyHood

The stage of male development that is in between boyhood and manhood in which the male in question is an adult but has none of the responsibilities of manhood such as being fully independent, having a career, raising a family, owning his own property, and giving back to his support network of family and friends. This stage of development is traditionally very common with young adult males in college or university.

Frat Guy One: "Hey dude, do you ever wanna have a family someday? Or what career do you wanna have after college?"

Frat Guy Two: "AH, screw it dude! We're still in our Guyhoods in college! We don't need to be thinking about that bullshit right now! Let's just enjoy it while it lasts!!"

Frat Guy One: "Yeah, I guess you're right!, we don't need to be thinking about that stuff right now!"
