Ghettocopter

Slang for a police helicopter that searches the ghetto at night for any suspicious activity going on like gang shootouts, robberies, etc. They shine their spotlight on the area so they can see better and to blind you so you lose in a gun fight. You should probably stay inside to prevent getting permanent blindness.
That ghettocopter in the sky is driving me nuts. I can't fall asleep because it's flying right by my house every 5 minutes.

I'm suing the police department for blinding me with their obnoxious spotlight.
