Someone who a girl/guy has been friends with so long, that the tiniest thought of ever being in a relationship with that person no longer crosses their mind. Can be a person who is "the guy" or "the girl" that's always there for someone, helps them through situations, or is there for them when no one else will, but is now so far into the "friend zone" that they will never have a chance with this other person.
