"Funny ass chick." Used when describing a seemingly comical individual, that's also a woman. You could also use the terms fackintoash apple, facaholic, faq-ue...if you want to sound smart. It's a positive term, and should only be used towards people who are worth your time. It can be used in many different situations and can take on different meanings.

"That is such a FAC!", someone falls out of their chair and you say "haaaaa, FAC"
