abstract expressionism

A skilless form of "art" in which people carelessly slap shitty brushstrokes and color together in a random fashion. Abstract expressionists would have you believe that there is some sort of deeper meaning to their "paintings" than just a ridiculous decadence of actual art (which there isn't).

People like Jackson Pollock and Hans Hofmann grew rich off of people who have no actual understanding of art through the use of abstract expressionism in their paintings.

The artstyle used for those funky, simple drawings, occasionally with suspicious amounts of equally simple gore that gay people on the internet use as reaction images. Mostly used to represent a strong and very high or very low energy emotion. (e.g. anger, unrest, depression, hyper-focus)

An expressionist personalizes everything they own, are extremely creative and all around bad ass. Their hair is never natural but always all their own style, all of their accessories are home made and all of their clothes edited. Although they are strong minded and will never stand down in a fight they are generally more caring than "popular" kids, which are normally looked down upon by expressionists.
