Snoopy Droopers

Snoopy Droopers are boobs that are so saggy that they look like Snoopys nose. Long, and droopy!
I heard the word on Love Line a few weeks ago, a drunk guy was slurring nonsense and Snoopy Droopers came out in all the nonsensical crap he was saying.
