Calling someone a dick is referencing that their behavior is alike that of male genitalia, or overall acting as if their intentions are to fuck someone over. A dildorino is a someone with behavior similar to that of a sex toy; they will never go out on their own to screw anyone, but as soon as someone wants to fuck someone over they will jump at the opportunity to help.
