A person who diets only when in the presence of others. Typically a female behavior, a social dieter will gain a sense of superiority over non social dieters. When alone a social dieter will eat foods that they characteristically would look down upon others for eating.
Tina= Why does Tammy only eat carrots for lunch everyday but shes still fat as fuck?
Courtney=Shes a social dieter, when she gets home she eats her whole kitchen.

The Five-Finger Dieter is what happens when a man can fit his entire hand into his ass, which is why the words "Five-Finger" are included in the name. It is an act of self-fisting, basically.
The word "Dieter" is a noble German name, and German acts of sex or masturbation are usually messy and acrobatic, which is why you need some flexibility to successfully give yourself a Five-Finger Dieter.

Felix grabbed Dieter by the throat and slapped him a couple of times just for show, then slammed the student’s face into the heavy tabletop.
