A phrase used primarily on online forums stating that the person refuses to believe the thread creator's claim unless it is shown by a photograph for proof.

Pics or it didn't happen is used when someone makes a very far fetched statement about something. See example.

A statement made by an individual when someone tells a story they believe is false. They request photographic evidence to prove it actually happened.

When someone doesn't believe that you "got some" they say this phrase. Meaning, if there are no nudy shots, nothing happened.
