It was done in VRChat ( A VR game played via PC/PS4 with VR Equipment ) by a group of mini, deformed Knuckles and Sonics, aka Ugandan Warrior, who would run towards people asking, “ Do you know da wae?” This meme has blown up quickly in a matter of a few days.
