When a television network squeezes the ending credits of a show to a smaller section of the screen, in order to allow for network promos. The audio of the credits is usually cut out as well.

A low-budget cereal that is so cheap it can only be sold (legally) to people who are unemployed or earning less than 10 Pence (14.3cents) per day.
'What do you have for breakfast'.
'Credit crunch'.
'That is absolutely shite'.
'The cost is cheap when you live in the gorbals'.

A term used to justify certain otherwise annoying or illegal activities that could have been, (but probably arn't), bought about by the credit crunch.
When squeezing onto the end of the bar seats "Oi oi, come on! Move up - Credit Crunch!"
(Not enough seats because of credit crunch)
When caught urinating outside, said with a glance over the shoulder "Naah nevermind, Credit Crunch!"
(Not enough urinals because of credit crunch)
Caught with 7 people in your 2 door, after rolling down your windows, "Sorry Officer, Credit Crunch!"
(Only one car because of credit crunch)
Caught indecently exposing yourself outside, "Sorry officer, Credit Crunch!"
(No clothes because of credit crunch)

Ususally used in an office environment, this term describes when there are not many teabags left so it is prudent to use 1 teabag for an entire round of teas to make the remaining bags last as long as possible. So named due to the reluctance to shell out for a new pack of tea due to the global credit crunch.
Paul: Justin are you making the teas then?
Justin: Sure... Only 3 bags left so is everyone up for a credit crunch tea?
Paul: Yeah go on then.
