Is when a person is worthy of the name cool or cooly, If you think your cool and you know your cool, then you can do whatever you want and when people, say its a cringe title, their just jealous of you.

Im so cool, but saying im cool is getting boring now, hmm, i now its 2023, so i identify as Coolboyness, and with my power of awsomeness,i will protect my pride and plant and goku doesn't have nothing on me.
