It just slang and means -Been like this. It's Just an accent or a way it's been said to sound like a Disease

People say I have Beenlitis(Been like this)
Example 1:
1st person:Don't worry about them, they have Beanlitis?

2nd person: Benlitis what's that?

1st person: they have been like this all his life. It's nothing new.
