being parted out, or in the process of being parted out.

BUFF

Nickname for the US Air Force B-52 strategic bomber, referred to as a "Big Ugly Fat Fellow" or "Big Ugly Fat Fucker". Considered a term of endearment when used by aviation types.

The NVA types in Hanoi were a bunch of cocky bastards until Linebacker II (major Vietnam War bomber campaign in December 1972). The sight of all those BUFFs rattling their windows on a daily basis was enough to tighten their sphincters good.

BUFF

This is a covert (somewhat ironic) acronym. Buff actually stands for "Big Ugly Fat Fuck". Be careful when using this acronym. Most big ugly fat fucks already know they're nasty. So if they hear you call them a buff, they may think you're just being sarcastic and using the nomitive sense and definition of buff (i.e. muscular). This word is most effectively used when identifying a big ugly fat fuck who actually thinks he's got a body to be proud of. See also BIF
