An adjective used to describe something or someone that is unappealing or annoying. It is something or someone that is strongly repulsive or unliked, unfavorable, aggravating, and especially unattractive.

The Boston Red Sox are Boo-Boo as hell
More examples of this are: bad food, fat people, ugly women, Boston Sports teams (Red Sox), people who Harness the Gnarness, people who don't speak english, and most obviously Hippies
