Anosmia

This means that you have no sense of smell. If you have anosmia, you can’t smell flowers, perfume or home cooking; this can lead to sufferers becoming intensely depressed. There could be some advantages, like when some diseased arsehole lets go a really poisonous fart you won’t smell it, even though everyone else has tears in their eyes from trying not to puke. Similarly stuck in a boring lecture next to someone whose BO is blistering the paintwork and everyone else thinks that there is a problem at the sewage works you won’t be bothered. By and large, though, anosmia is pretty shitty.

Anoop Desai

Anoop, aka Noop-Dog, is an American Idol Season 8 contestant, after being constantly prodded by his friends to try out. He auditioned with the song "Thank You" by Boyz II Men. All four judges approved, though Simon and Kara questioned his stage presence.
Anoop resides in Chapel Hill and attended University of North Carolina. He was a former member and president of the Clef Hangers, UNC's a capella group.

One of the best people you'll ever meet. They're strong, funny and they will never let you down. They have hearts of gold and usually hides their own issues to help focus on others. Cares more about the people in their life rather than themselves and will usually be hands down beautiful. But never cross them as they're so fiesty and full of fire that you'll walk away regretting it. Usually underestimated will end up being someone you'll remember forever.
