This is used in the Australian universities, where a full mark is a 7 and 4 is a pass. Refers to a bunch of huslters who never watched a single lecture, winged an exam during the exam block, and walked out feeling relieved. 4 is an open door was a commonly used meme on Stalkerspaces where Anna and Hans from Frozen sing "Love is an open door". Hans is the evil prince Anna decided to settle after the first time she ever met a man.
