When a object has been cut in half and then the top and the bottom get squished flat , like a pancake. Reference from what would happen to a human in the super void of space and you got hit by a cosmic string. You would become pancakafiyed.

It is the drug PANtazocine injected by SYRringe. So the "pan" part of the drug name becomes pancackes and the "syr"part of the word syringe becomes syrup. The drug is a sythetic opiate usy mixed with lactate in injectable form to cauae pain at injecton site to dissuade abuse

The guy was arrested witb pancackes and syrup after police found him intoxicated in public.
